Troubleshooting Pilot

Pilot is designed to provide reliable trouble free performance. However there are many hardware and networks situations that can affect Pilot performance.  Pilot records both client and server errors in logs and makes these logs available.

The following logs are found in the Pilot software. They will tell us the nature of any problems in both the client and server. The logs can be obtained by going to Windows ™ Explorer, copying the logs and emailing them to us at Vnes-Sales@AmericanFibertek.com.

Copying these logs will help to determine system problems
(Note: these logs will only exist if there are errors/warnings)
