WinAudit

Please send us a win audit file that contains your computer information.
You can download the WinAudit here:  www.pxserver.com/WinAudit.htm

After download, run the WinAudit.exe file and choose to run the application.
Click the 'Start' hyperlink.

Your computer is now being scanned

After scanning, choose to save the file



Please send us the followng file:


DxDiag

Also include a Dxdiag.txt

Go to Start > Run 

Type: Dxdiag

Allow Dxdiag to check your driver (if needed)

After the status bar is finished click: Save all information

Your file will be saved as dxdiag.txt
