I have everything configured correctly but I still cannot see video:
The first thing to do is to recheck your configuration. Keep in mind that Pilot receives video from the source. All the set ups come from the source itself and must be pre-configured prior to Pilot operation. For cameras and encoders is this most often accomplished using the software provided by the camera manufacturer.  If a camera is programmed to stream at MPEG-4 but Pilot is expecting to see MJPEG the result will be a blank screen. The codec from the camera must match what Pilot is programmed to see in camera set up contained in Pilot.
