I can't see any controls in the viewing field, it stays gray...
  • Close the Pilot client and stop the service.

  • Uninstall Microsoft C++ redistributable

  • Go to Pilot setup files

  • Expand Vcredist folder

  • Execute Vcredist_x86.exe
  • Start service

  • Open client
